Shipping & returns

We use a third party system called ShipStation to process orders and ship packages. Most of our products will be sent through USPS unless items are too large, in which case we will send them through UPS. An option to pick items up in our store is also available. After placing an order and submitting payment, customers will be emailed a tracking number to track their package until it arrives.

To start a return/refund, you must make an account to log in and review your orders.

We will fully refund products returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original condition with packaging intact. Please allow 5-7 business days for payment to be refunded upon return of the item.

• For online purchases, return by mail using a pre-paid return label, available here.
